Cara Noir will wrestle his first match in 16 months at Progress Chapter 171.

The former Progress World Champion hasn’t wrestled since suffering a foot injury in a steel cage match in April last year.

He finally made his shocking return to Progress at their Chapter 170 event. The surprise appearance garnered a huge reaction from the English crowd, who were eager to see the former champion back in the ring again.

Well, they won’t have to wait for long.

Progress Wrestling announced on Twitter that Cara Noir will be in action at Progress Chapter 171. His opponent has yet to be named, with the promotion simply announcing that he “will be competing” at the event.

On Twitter, they wrote:

“THE RETURN OF CARA NOIR. Cara Noir shocked the wrestling world at Chapter 170… 16 months after his serious foot injury inside a steel cage, the Black Swan returns to the ring at Chapter 171.”
