Michael Oku has a number of new challengers lined up for his Undisputed British Heavyweight Championship following RevPro Live In London.

The OJMO won the championship in impressive fashion in December. He beat former champion Luke Jacobs at Uprising 2024, in a brutal match that pitted two of RevPro’s biggest stars against one another.

Live In London 92 was RevPro’s first show since then but Michael Oku was not in attendance. However, that did not stop a number of wrestlers from throwing their names in the hat as the next challenger for his Undisputed British Heavyweight Championship.

The first was David Francisco. The Portuguese wrestler holds a pinfall victory over Michael Oku (albeit in a multi-man match) and earned himself the first title shot.

He revealed that this will take place next week in his “home-away-from-home” in Southampton. RevPro Live In Southampton 34 will play host to that match and Francisco cut a promo at Live In London to profess himself to be the next champion of Britain.

However, he wasn’t the only one. Ricky Knight Jr interrupted him during his promo, calling him a “pussy” and declaring himself the heart and soul of British wrestling. David Francisco offered RKJ the first shot at the belt if he let helped him win, which he seemed against.

He tried to play on RKJ’s previous issues with Michael Oku. The former Undisputed British Heavyweight Champion attacked him at Uprising because of this. RKJ claimed he supported him the entire time and never got any love back from him. The young Knight then proclaimed that he wanted to be the heart and soul of British wrestling in what seemed to be a face turn for the young star.

This promo continued when Amira, the valet for Michale Oku interrupted and slapped Ricky Knight Jr. He pushed her back, this face turn seeming short-lived before JJ Gale ran in to attack him himself.

Gale then proclaimed himself to also be the heart and soul of the promotion and declared his intention to become the Undisputed British Heavyweight Champion. Despite not being there, Michael Oku already has three men chomping at the bit to take his title away from him.

That wasn’t the end of it though. After beating Leon Cage, Leon Slater also said it was “time to play” and wants to win the title in 2025. Then, 1 Called Manders decided he wanted a title shot too, following his win over Iker Navarro in impressive fashion.

Michael Oku’s reign may not be long for this world. He has David Francisco, Ricky Knight Jr, JJ Gale, Leon Slater and 1 Called Manders all to contend with. With rumours of AEW signing Michale Oku, High Stakes 2025 could be the end of Michael Oku’s time as the champion in RevPro.
