The RevPro Revolution Rumble is one of the most exciting events in the British wrestling calendar.

The show features the incredible thirty-man battle royal match, inspired by the WWE’s Royal Rumble match. It has all the excitement, from big stars battling, new wrestlers being introduced and legends coming back for one last run in British wrestling.

So far there have been three Revolution Rumbles that saw wrestlers battling it out to become the number one contender for the Undisputed British Heavyweight Championship.

In this article, we’ll go through every winner and how they came out on top in the RevPro Revolution Rumble!

2022. Cameron Khai

The first annual Revolution Rumble took place in 2022. RevPro was still recovering from the pandemic and the Speaking Out movement and was rebuilding its fanbase when the idea of this new event was conceived.

It was a much more subdued affair than in recent years, in which fewer stars made the trip. This was because it was a RevPro Contenders show, which is a non-televised event which sees more inexperienced wrestlers taking part.

As this show wasn’t streamed, we have little information about how the Revolution Rumble went down. All we know is that Cameron Khai picked up the win in the over-the-top-rope battle royal-style match.

Given the fact he didn’t even wrestle on the next RevPro show, we know that this victory did not earn him a title match, as the early WWE Royal Rumble’s also didn’t.

2023. Michael Oku

A year later, the Revolution Rumble was taken much more seriously indeed. It was given its own event, with over 1,000 fans packing York Hall to see the titular match.

It was a great show, which featured matches like Zack Sabre Jr vs Michael Oku and Drilla Maloney vs Francesco Akira. All four of these men competed in the Revolution Rumble, battling for the chance to face Undisputed British Heavyweight Champion Great O-Khan in a future title match.

Despite his loss to Zack Sabre Jr in a classic match earlier in the night, Michael Oku shocked the RevPro fans by winning his very first Revolution Rumble in 2023. He survived a late onslaught from Gabe Kidd, tossing him over the top rope to eliminate the NJPW star to pick up one of the biggest wins of his career.

Oku used his title shot against Great O-Khan at Epic Encounters 2023. He was the first Revolution Rumble winner to earn a Heavyweight title shot and made the most of it by binning the Japanese star to become the Undisputed British Heavyweight Champion for the first time in his career.

2024. Luke Jacobs

The streak of the Revolution Rumble winner going on to win the Undisputed British Heavyweight Championship continued in 2024 when Luke Jacobs became the third winner of the iconic match.

This year’s event was the most star-studded one yet. It even included champion Michael Oku competing, so god knows what would have happened had he won the match.

Luke Jacobs and Ricky Knight Jr were the final two men in the match. In an electric ending sequence, they shared muscle busters and powerbombs before Jacobs clotheslined Knight over the top rope to win the 2024 Revolution Rumble.

His title shot would be cashed in at the RevPro 12th Anniversary show. Luke Jacobs beat Michael Oku at that event to win his first Undisputed British Heavyweight Championship. At the time, he also held the PROGRESS World Championship, making him the first person to hold both titles at the same time.

2025. TBD

The 2025 Revolution Rumble is one of the most anticipated events of the British wrestling calendar. While no matches have been announced for the show, it is expected to feature the Revolution Rumble match as well as Michael Oku defending his Undisputed British Heavyweight Championship.
