PROGRESS Wrestling brought their 176th chapter, For The Love Of Progress, to Manchester last night for a massive Valentine’s Day show.

The show saw the fallout of the brilliant “Unboxing VII” even from the end of 2024 and saw some huge stars from the UK and America competing in some fantastic matches.

The show was on straight after the Lex Luger Q&A at the For the love of Wrestling Convention being held at the same BEC Bowlers Arena in Manchester.

1. Young Guns defeated SUBCULTURE in a tag team match.

2. Lana Austin bested Hollie Barlow who was making her PROGRESS debut with a referee distraction.

3. Lykos Gym vs Nico X Mills ended in a no contest with the teams being separated by officials and red shirts.

4. Nina Samuels successfully defended her PROGRESS Women’s World Championship against Emersyn Jayne. After the match she bragged about ridding PROGRESS of Kanji only for her rival to return and claim her rights to the title.

5. Tate Mayfairs earned the respect of 1 Called Manders by defeating him clean via submission only for Luke Jacobs to attack Mayfairs ahead of their PROGRESS Men’s World Championship match and declare it will be NO DQ.

6. Man Like Dereiss picked up a big win by defeating the debuting Richard Holliday.

7. In the main event, Simon Miller successfully defended his Proteus World Championship by pinning Charles Crowley after a jackhammer in a WWE Finisher Rules match.
